HOW IT WORKS

INQUIRE.
To begin, you will be paired with our Pavilion Staff who will guide you through our pricing, offerings, and availability.
We encourage our guests to schedule a tour of the space at this time. Tours are by appointment only.

BOOK.
Once you've decided on your event date and time, you are ready to book! Your contract will be issued, and your deposit will be due at this time. Your contract will not be issued without confirmed event start and end times. Events are not finalized without a signed contract and deposit payment.
Our pricing is broken down into three items: security/booking deposit, rental fee, and cleaning fee.

FINALIZE.
The final details. Our Pavilion Manager will send you finalizing information to help you plan and prepare for your event. Any questions from you, your vendors, or your guests can be answered at this time.
Final payment (rental fee and cleaning fee) is due 60 days prior to your event date. We would love to go over any final details at this time.

WHAT IT COSTS
Our event pricing is broken into 3 separate fees.

Hourly Rental Fees.
(5 Hour Minimum)

- SUNDAY - THURSDAY: $125/hr ($625 minimum)

- FRIDAY & SATURDAY: $325/hr ($1625 minimum)

Full Day Rental Fees.
(8am - 10pm)
- SUNDAY - THURSDAY: $1500

- FRIDAY & SATURDAY: $4200
​
Off Season Rental Fees
(Spring: January 1st, 2025 – April 31st, 2025)
(Fall: November 1st, 2025 – December 31st, 2025)
Hourly Rental Fees.
