“Great venue and one of the few places in the valley that you can use your own vendors! Hardwood floors have recently been replaced this summer. The room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and glass doors that can open giving it a real indoor outdoor feel. Three sides are surrounded by decks, one with a beautiful view of the pond. Potted plants and flowers are the final touch. It's a great place to hold up to 200 people (and we maxed it out and still fit everything in the room!), and there isn't any place in the valley that can match the value for the price.”

“My fiance and I live in Colorado Springs but Vail has a special place in our hearts so we thought we'd check out a few Vail Valley wedding venues to see if we could make it fit our budget. We came across the Eagle Vail Pavilion and were more than thrilled when we saw the price - it was more budget friendly than most places in Colorado Springs even! We booked our date immediately. As I am a planner by nature, I loved that I could bring in my own vendors. The location is absolutely gorgeous and thankfully the weather couldn't have been more beautiful for our outside ceremony!”

“I had my wedding reception at the Eagle Vail Pavilion and it was absolutely perfect. The building has recently been renovated and it looks great. The space is slightly smaller than your other options in the Vail Valley, but it accommodated our group comfortably (128 total) and the outdoor areas were a huge hit. We had yard games out on the lawn and there were people out there all night. The large patios were also a great place for people to hang out. The value of this venue compared to other venues in the area is incomparable.”

“Beautiful space, we had the ceremony on the lawn in the late afternoon, the cocktail hour on the deck and dinner and reception inside. We had 80 people and there was plenty of room for a dance floor. We brought in all of our own vendors, including alcohol which saved lots of money. Perfect spot!”
