A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO FINALIZE YOUR RESERVATION AT THE PAVILION.
Deposit payments will not be processed without a signed contract from renter.
Deposit is processed within 45 days of the event date. Most often, it is less than 45 days.
90 DAYS
LAST CHANCE TO CANCEL WITH A FULL REFUND.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT ANYTIME BEFORE YOUR EVENT. HOWEVER, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR EVENT WITHIN 90 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.
