Use this page to help you plan and prepare for your upcoming event at the Pavilion.
This page is intended to help our contracted event hosts plan and prepare for their upcoming events. To book an event, inquire here.

IMPORTANT DATES

LAST CHANCE TO CANCEL.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT ANYTIME BEFORE YOUR EVENT. HOWEVER, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR EVENT WITHIN 90 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.

Using additional lighting with a band? We may suggest that you bring a backup generator if using excessive electricity. Please contact us for details.

Your event questionnaire is required at this time. Please fill out the required information below.
Our Pavilion Manager will provide access codes 1-2 days prior to the event date via email. Please keep a lookout in your inbox!
Planning to use our SONOS stereo? We recommend downloading the free app ahead of time here.
Please note that you are only permitted access to the venue within contracted hours. If you will require additional set up time, please get in touch with us. Pending availability, additional time may be contracted. Renters are responsible for setting out their tables and chairs at the start of the event, which may take 1-2 hours.
DAY OF
THE DAY IS FINALLY HERE!
Your event day is here! Time to take in the views and enjoy the day!
Please reference your contract for access times, as access is only permitted during contracted hours. Your Pavilion contact will include important information in your access codes email. Please be on the lookout for it 1-2 days prior to the event.
Renter responsibilities that are outlined in your contract are also listed below.

Rental Fee + Cleaning Fee
We can take credit card/payment information over the phone or in person at our Pavilion office in the lower level of the Pavilion. We currently do not accept cash or online payments.
To provide a credit card payment, please schedule a time for me to call you here.
(You can schedule a time 60 days prior to your event!)

MAIN ROOM & SEATING
We provide seating for up to 200 guests. Any additional seating will need to be brought to the event.



10 OF OUR 6 FOOT LONG RECTANGULAR TABLES
200 OF OUR WHITE FOLDING CHAIRS
20 OF OUR 60 INCH ROUND TABLES
Tables are provided on the deck for seating.
You are welcome to utilize or move the seating adjacent to the deck for your event.
We ask that the tables be brought back onto the deck after your event.

NOTEWORTHY RULES AND REGS. (SORRY, WAH-WAH.)
We encourage our guests to bring in their own decor for the space or simply enjoy the Pavilion as it is. Nails, staples, tape, and other adhesives are not permitted anywhere in or on the Pavilion.
Open flame candles are permitted if contained within a vessel with at least 2 inches of enclosure above the flame. If the area is under fire restrictions, no flames of any kind will be permitted outside. Absolutely NO smoke emitting devices allowed in the Pavilion.
