Opening Procedures

Enter through kitchen door on East side of building using the key pad using the 4 digit code plus # sign that was emailed to you before your celebration.

Renter is responsible for setting up all tables and chairs

Unlock front entry vestibule door from inside

Unlock any additional doors needed.

Double doors: Release flush bolts on the inside of the door, top and bottom.

All doors can be propped open with doorstop and/or magnetic attachments.

Light & fan switches for main room and all main room light switches are in “Fire Room” Closet.  See "Lighting, Fans & Shades" section for further information HERE.

Light switches for track lights are on South wall in West corner.

If needed, turn on appliances to preheat. See "Appliances" section for further information HERE.

Loading and Unloading: Please use the double doors on the East (pond) side.

Pavilion tables must remain inside or on the Pavilion decks.

No tape, nails, thumbtacks, command strips, etc. are to be placed anywhere on or in the Pavilion, Pavilion furniture, etc.

No confetti, Pinatas, flower petals, or open flame unless flame is contained in a votive with a 2” enclosure above the flame.
