Closing Procedures

Thank you for choosing the EagleVail Pavilion! Before you leave, please complete the following:

Tables & Chairs

  • Please leave all Pavilion tables and chairs set up. Our team will clean and put them away for you.

  • Bring any Pavilion tables and chairs used outside back inside the Pavilion before you leave.

Decorations & Rental Items

  • Remove all personal belongings, decorations, food, beverages, and rental items.

  • Rental items may only be left outside the kitchen door for next-day pickup if this has been arranged with the Pavilion Manager in advance. All rental items must be removed from inside the Pavilion before you leave.

Kitchen & Cleaning

  • Clean up any spills on countertops, floors, appliances, or inside appliances.

  • Appliances should be left in the same condition in which they were found.

Trash Policy (IMPORTANT)

  • Bears are very active in EagleVail. Improperly secured trash can cause significant property damage and put local wildlife at risk.

  • Failure to properly secure trash, the dumpster enclosure, or the building may result in a partial or full loss of your security deposit.

  • Please make sure to:

    • Place ALL trash inside the dumpster.

    • Never leave trash outside the dumpster for any reason. If the dumpster is full, you are responsible for taking your trash off-site.

    • Completely close the dumpster and secure it with the bear bar and wire after every use.

  • All recycling must be taken off-site. The Pavilion does not provide recycling services.

  • Large items that do not fit inside the dumpster must be taken off-site. Never leave items beside the dumpster.

  • Ensure the garage door and trash enclosure door are fully closed before leaving.

  • Dumpster Location: Pavilion parking lot

    • Dumpster Code: (Provided in your access email.)

 

Before You Leave

  • Please make sure you:

    • Raise all window shades to their original position.

    • Turn off all lights and fans.

    • Turn off all faucets and gas appliances.

    • Lock all exterior doors.

    • Lock the flush bolts (top and bottom) on the double doors.

      • Make sure emergency exit doors are shut all the way.​

    • Exit through the kitchen door and make sure it locks behind you.

 

Damage

Failure to complete the items above may result in a partial or full forfeiture of your security deposit.
